Zoei @ 10 Months

Every parent would tell you that baby grows fast. One month they're just lying down on their backs, and then roll over the next. Crawling will soon then follow, then sitting, then standing until one day you'll find yourself chasing your baby around. Well, Zoei isn't running yet, thankfully, but she can already stand.

For the past 10 months(and even before Zoei was born) I've been documenting her "transformation" through photographs. Here are some photos before she came out...

And now at 10 months she can already stand. Too afraid to make the first step though. These photos were taken two days ago when my model, Magnus Ren, fell asleep. =)

A Visit from Magnus Ren

Yesterday Renan, his wife Charms and baby Magnus Ren paid us a visit. Renan, my wife and I went to the same school in elementary and high school. Yes, I've known my wife that long. =)

What a small world, right? From Philippines we ended working here in UAE.

Anyway, we had lunch and later decided to do a photo shoot for Mags (short for Magnus). As soon as I was done setting up my mini studio, Mags fell asleep. Zoei wasn't, so I took her photo instead. Hahaha. I'll be posting them on another blog.

Finally after an hour, Mags woke up. We had him sit at Zoei's Bumbo chair...

And then he had enough of the Bumbo... Do I see a drama actor in the making?

So we had him lay on his tummy...

Then some family portraits...

I tried to take a photo of Zoei and Mags together but both of them were already in bad moods. It was like a contest of who can cry the loudest. Zoei's sleepy and Mags was hungry. So kalas.

Dade Turns 1

You know you're a dad if most parties you're invited to are kids' birthday parties.

Yesterday, my inaanak(godson), Dade, celebrated his 1st birthday party at McDonalds Jumeirah. Everyone had fun. There were games both for kids and adults. I brought out the kid in me and joined in one of the games. My butt hurt(for bursting a balloon) after the game but it's all worth it. My team won! Wohoo!
